Ventive Hospitality, a joint venture between Panchshil Realty and Blackstone, is in discussions to acquire luxury hotels. The company aims to secure two to three hotels that will generate significant EBITDA income. Currently, Ventive Hospitality operates 14 assets, including various high-end hotel brands across India and the Maldives. Plans are underway to launch the first Ritz Carlton Reserve project in India.
