School holiday updates for October 23, 2026, vary across states as festive vacations end and heavy rainfall affects parts of Tamil Nadu. West Bengal schools following the Durga Puja calendar may remain closed, while Maharashtra's Diwali vacation is scheduled to begin on November 2.
