Ukraine is ready for a proposed trilateral meeting with the US and Russia at the technical level by the end of October, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. The announcement came after fresh Russian drone and missile attacks across Ukraine, while India said it was separately engaging Moscow and Kyiv on issues including Black Sea shipping and exports.
