MSM Unify India has acquired majority stakes in Kerala-based KlickEdu and Gujarat-based RJ Vision to expand its presence in healthcare education, workforce development and competitive-exam preparation. KlickEdu plans to develop allied healthcare colleges in India, while RJ Vision aims to reach 30,000 students across Gujarat over the next three years. The financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
