Ladakh Gold seabuckthorn: Union Minister Piyush Goyal has shared a superfood Ladakh's GI-tagged seabuckthorn, a nutrient-rich superfood found at around 12,000 feet in Nubra Valley, also known as Ladakh Gold. Known for its vitamin C, antioxidants and fatty acids, the golden-orange berry is also a potential source of livelihood for local communities.
