India has firmly dismissed the UN report authored by Special Rapporteur Gehad Madi, citing numerous inaccuracies and unfounded assertions. Deputy Secretary Barkha Tamrakar pointed out typographical mistakes pertaining to Assam, saying the report's ambiguous phrasing lacks precise legal context and identifiable claims.
