India strongly condemned the UN rapporteurs for showing bias in a counter-terrorism report related to Dawood Ibrahim. Indian diplomat Raghoo Puri stated that the report contained factual inaccuracies regarding Ibrahim's criminal status. Puri emphasized that Ibrahim is a wanted criminal based in Pakistan and associated with Al-Qaeda. Additionally, India rejected Pakistan's claims regarding Jammu and Kashmir, asserting its integral part of the nation.
