The English Court of Appeal has dismissed India's challenge to an arbitral tribunal's jurisdiction over a dispute brought by Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority under the India-UAE Bilateral Investment Treaty. The dispute concerns the cancellation of a bauxite supply agreement for an Andhra Pradesh aluminium project involving RAKIA and the Penna Group.
