The tournament is set to take place in January, with matches scheduled in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al Khobar. Asian Football Confederation President Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim al-Khalifa stated that a decision could be made by the end of November. He indicated the possibility of postponing the competition to 2028 if necessary.
